Delete your account

You can delete your Picturental account at any time. Here are both ways to do it, and exactly what happens afterwards.

In the app or on the site

  1. Sign in and open your dashboard.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Scroll to Delete account and follow the prompt.

By email

Email contact@picturental.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm and complete it within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What is deleted, and what we must keep

Deleted

  • Your profile, name, photo and contact details
  • Your listings, photos and saved searches
  • Your messages and any identity documents held for verification

Kept, and why

  • Records of completed bookings and payments — UK tax and accounting law requires us to keep transaction records for six years.
  • Anything needed for an open dispute, damage claim or fraud investigation, until it is resolved.

Those records are kept to the minimum needed and are not used to contact you. Full detail is in our privacy policy.
