What lenses fit the Canon EOS 5D Mark IV?

The short answer

The Canon EOS 5D Mark IV has a Canon EF mount and a full frame sensor. Canon EF lenses fit directly. PL, Nikon F and M42 lenses fit with an adapter. LPL, Canon FD, Leica M, Fujifilm G, Canon RF, L-Mount, Micro Four Thirds, Sony E, Fujifilm X and Nikon Z lenses can't be adapted to its Canon EF mount.

Sensor coverage

Lenses made for full frame and large format cover its full frame sensor fully.

Lenses made for Super 16, Micro Four Thirds and Super 35 throw a smaller image, so expect dark corners unless you shoot in a crop mode that matches.
